No Miss don’t spend much time dressing themselves up.
In this 6 track EP which will be drip fed to us over the next month, No Miss works with heavy grooves on all tracks, driving synth lines and a good dash of industrial texture, keeping the tracks focused on pressure rather than decoration.
It is direct peak-time techno in the functional sense: built for momentum, mixed with harder rooms in mind, and clear about what it wants to do.
No Miss has framed the idea simply: if the groove works in the club, the rest can follow without overcomplicating it. Helpless follows that logic closely, favouring tension, weight and movement over big gestures.
