Savage’s classic track Only You on Italian reputable label DWA has been remixed for its 40th anniversary by a series of legendary names such as The Magician, ConKi, GOH and Pas in recent months. Now it’s time for the legendary Gigi D’Agostino to step up with Luca Noise, going out on Warner Music.
Gigi D’Agostino is an Italian DJ producer and a legend, an author that became an icon thanks to his productions defined‘Lento violento’ and other as ‘Mediterranean progressive’, a style in which other musicians of the Italo dance scene will have recognized at the turn of the 90s and 2000s. He made timeless international hits such as Bla Bla Bla, L’Amour Toujours, The Riddle and many more.
The original version was one of the biggest tracks of the 80s for Savage and was known around the world. This remix brings a new perspective by mixing the unmistakable Italo dance D’Agostino sounds with the Italo disco old school original roots of the track, to create a connection between the past and the present. The energy of the beats and the melodic Gigi D’Agostino synths pull up all the pop hooks of the original version creating an exhilarating mix and an instant party hit.
