Onofrio Brescia, known professionally as On-Off, is a London-based DJ/Producer who has cemented his name on the capital’s underground circuit in recent years. A regular at some of the city’s most-loved late-night venues, On-Off also boasts an impressive and growing catalogue of releases on labels such as Frame Music, Play Groove Recordings and now Neverdog’s esteemed Bamboleo Records imprint. Making his debut with “Follow Me” feat. Iza Visconti, On-Off also welcomes renowned Argentinian producer Rigzz (Eastenderz, elrow Music, Deeperfect and many more) with a standout remix to round off the release. The EP starts with “Follow Me,” an undeniably danceable stripped-back roller. Focusing on loosened percussive grooves, catchy melodies, and Iza Visconti’s silky vocals, it’s a certified vibe-builder with a funky twist, loaded with subtle musicality and soul from start to finish.
“Feel The Vibe” comes next, cranking up the energy somewhat. Rippling instrumental flare and robust drum arrangement steers the track forward alongside its imposing combination of low-end sonics and another catchy vocal hook from Iza and ricocheting synths that add endless movement to the mix.
The release ends with Rigzz’s remix of “Feel The Vibe,” turning up the tempo with some high-energy minimal heat. A perpetual groover, reeling with tough drums, looping synth lines and a fattened rhythmic bassline, it has everything needed to keep you on your toes during peak-time sets.
